About kimberley
I’m Kimberley… a wellbeing workshop facilitator and Creative Therapist based in the UK - helping people reconnect with their creativity and wellbeing through art and nature. After years in the corporate world left me burnt out, I rebuilt my life through creativity - and now I help others do the same.
Through one-to-one sessions, workshops, and community projects, I guide both children and adults to slow down, express themselves, and find calm in the chaos of everyday life.

Rooted in Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapy, my work combines artmaking, mindfulness, and gentle connection to nature - helping both children and adults explore feelings, build confidence, and find calm in meaningful ways.

Gentle, uplifting group experiences designed to reduce stress, spark creativity, and foster connection. Workshops can include mindful artmaking, simple movement and breathing exercises, and nature-inspired practices that leave participants feeling calm, grounded, and inspired. Ideal for wellbeing retreats, community spaces, or workplace sessions.
